Expected and unexpected events and how to manage them.

Third day: Etiquette and Protocol in Event Management/Organization

Protocol Practitioner Traits and Errors.
Protocol at official ceremonies.
Protocol in reception and farewell (airport).
Etiquette and protocol for formal tables.

Fourth day: Practical application

Build projects (one local and one international event) for each member/group.
Reverse the pathfinder on these projects.
Practical tests.
Evaluate the trainer and program organizers.

Training Information

Consultant and trainer in leadership development, public relations, protocol, and self-development. Holds a PhD in E-Learning and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Previously served as CEO of Zone Arabia Company and currently holds advisory and executive roles in several public and private entities. He is a member of numerous professional associations and a collaborating lecturer at universities in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. He has over 27 years of practical experience in training, leadership, and event management.
